How long does delivery take?+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered within 3–7 business days across India, depending on your location.
Is shipping free?+
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above ₹2000. A flat ₹70 fee applies to orders below that amount.

We accept UPI, major debit and credit cards, and net banking through our secure checkout.
Can I return or exchange an item?+
Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless damaged.

How should I care for my jewellery?+
Keep your jewellery away from water, perfume and lotions. Store each piece separately in a dry place and wipe gently with a soft cloth after use to keep it shining.
